Ming Liang's Birthday Celebration

Things had been very busy with CNY and school work. Took me two weeks to start blogging about the little birthday celebration we had at Can A for Ming Liang's 22 Birthday on 20th.

We are really lucky this year that Kai Wei is staying in school with a super big fridge for the Prima Deli's cake. Oh No! I couldn't remember the name of the cake. I just remember its ALL CHOCOLATE.

Kai Wei, Dickson and I went to pick up the cake in Kw's room after lunch. However, I thought when we presented the cake, ML didn't really look surprise. Last Saturday, 28th, which is his actual birthday, Wilson told me that ML already knows what we are doing that day. Wow. Smart huh? Just out of a sudden ML became so High IQ. hahas. Not saying he usually has low IQ but this is exceptionally high. like IQ 200?? Or in another way, our toilet excuse suck. lols.!

Still, we enjoyed the cake and manage to finish it in 1 hr? Lols. We wouldn't have to struggle to finish the last bit if our dear Lilian was here. hahs. Cake always has her share!

On the 28th, steamboat over at ML's house is fun. His clique mates are fun people, so friendly!

Hello from Berlin

Hello!! Just wanna say hi from
Berlin. Haha! It's so cold over here! -5 degree Celsius today and I think it'll be -8 tomorrow..Berlin is really beautiful! But I think I'll prefer to come here in spring..haha! It's so cold that I dread leaving the building sometimes..lol!
And I'm staying in a hostel called "Three Little Pigs Hostel"..haha, sounds so funny right! But this hostel is do much cleaner than I expected..and it only cost less than 10 euros per night! And I guess the only bad/scary thing is that the female and male bathroom are side by side..and there's no lock to the bathroom..and the cubicles in the bathroom is only with bath curtains..trains me to bath within 10min..haha!

First Day in Copenhagen

Hello friends!!

I'm finally back in my apartment after a whole long day of finding embassies, getting lost, getting caught in the rain and definitely the cold weather out there.
It's 0 degree celsius over here now. I hope tomorrow will be a better day 'cause today didn't really have a good start. But I'm still positive that things will get better!
I was really surprised by how helpful the people are over here!! They will approach us and ask if we need help when they see us looking at our map. And it's not just one person who did this! Almost 4 people approached us to ask if we need help. haha..although most of them gave us the wrong direction, but still, haha, good initiative! Let's do that when we see tourists in Singapore k! (Though I think Singapore roads should be easier to find) The road names here are SUPER LONG AND SIMILAR! Hopefully I'll be a Copenhagen guru soooooon!

Ok, time to slp!! Hope to hear from you all soon! =) oh btw, it's kinda hard to find wifi here..and I can't get the data plan until I get my residence card, which will take about 1 month =( so for now, I might not be able to see you all on whatsapp, but I'll try tapping onto wifi every now and then..haha!

Flew to Denmark

At this time, Lilian should still be flying towards Denmark. Yesterday we went to send her off. Her friends came too!, lots of them. This makes me wonder, if i were to go for exchange, how many xiao gou xiao mao will come? LOLS.

Despite the thousand and one friends that came, our group still manage to hold her for a second! But sadly the guys never take picture. ): but nonetheless, we still enjoy ourselves there. (:

3rd Day of Chalet

After a round of crazy KTV moments with ML, Lilian and KW the previous night, all of us had a GOOD night sleep. Our morning started as late as 9.45am. Headed towards Clementi market for breakfast and off to "West Coast Park". Reached the "destination", at least thats what shown on the google map, we walk and walk and walk, searching for the park. After 30mins of walking, we still couldn't find any place that resemble a PARK. So we tour around the district with streets named West Coast Park again.

Finally, Lilian and the high EQ Dickson went to ask a security guard and we realize we are on a wrong track. Another 40mins later, finally we reach the West Coast Park!! Yeah!! altogether, we use 2hrs just to get from NTU hall 1 to West Coast Park. I must say, we have no sense of directions! Partly google map is to be blamed. We typed West Coast Park and it gave us directions to the street and not the park. Meaning, google map need to be smarter!

There, we realized theres no where renting bikes. ): Nevertheless, we still make good use of our time in the playgrounds! Firstly, the swings follow by the pyramid. hahas. As if we all went back to our childhood times.

By the time we went back to hall 1, its almost 7 and time to say goodbye. In a nutshell, these 3 days had been amazing and magical (at least I think so). Sadly Lilian is going over to Denmark soon. Hopefully we can do this again when she's back?! (that'll be 7 months later.) hees.

2nd day of "chalet"

Actually planned to visit the goat farm, followed by cycling and kbox. But other than the kbox, the rest didn't really went as planned. HAHA!! That's what we call "impromptu" =D Not too bad, still a fun-packed day with Ming Liang, Kaiwei, Dickson and Chloe =)

3 years in NTU and today was the FIRST TIME I set foot in Chinese Heritage Centre in NTU..such a shame. LOL! but better late then never! =) It's actually a pretty interesting place to explore in school. And definitely a great place for people who likes to camwhore. =X

The day was followed by course registration, which I think was successful for the 4 of them? (ya, should be ba, it was done in like less than 10 min? LOL)
And I guess today was our FIRST TIME we shop together in town! WHOOO~ Quite a nice experience =) And also our FIRST TIME singing karaoke together at 10 dollars family KTV..haha. Freaking cheap with free flow drinks, though had to walk quite a distance to find the place..haha, but that's part of the experience! I think all of us went crazy (esp Chloe, hahahaha!!) and it's going to 2am soon, and i'm still here blogging..haha!

looking forward to the activities tml! Didn't really plan much, 'cause I guess it'll most probably go out of the planned itinerary..haha!
